10 takeaways from going Agile
In “10 takeaways from going Agile” Aline explains how ING shifted its traditional organization to an end-to-end agile model. From Sales to marketing, IT and Operations, ING now runs agile at scale. If you want to compare it to climbing the Mount Everest, we're still at base camp right now but we already got some interesting lessons to share. Let’s explore together what you can learn from our journey whether you are working in a techy environment, a traditional company or you want to improve the execution and organization of your business’ work.
For Aline, who started her career at ING 8 years ago, change has been a constant in her personal and professional life. With a marketing and communications degree at hand, she worked in several strategic communications positions at the bank and became an ICF certified coach. Before becoming an Agile coach herself, Aline was involved in developing and implementing the strategic and tactical plans for ING’s big bang transformation to a new agile way of working. In her current role (agile coach) she contributes to a a unique ING culture in which we value the autonomy and mastery of our people with the goal of developing high performing individuals, teams and leaders.
