How gaming techniques are augmenting the customer journey? (and how to automate it)
In this presentation Dominique will explain how the rise of new customer experiences inspired from games and human focused design can improve user engagement and drive more traffic, more sales, more referrals. More specifically what is the impact of seeing the customer from a player prospective can help us redefine the customer journey and how you can use these developments to run more successful loyalty plans.
Dominique is a serial entrepreneur and active in the digital industry for 20 years. After Skynet, he co-founded Globule Bleu, a digital agency (today part of Publicis). He was CEO of HomeAdvisor France, an important subsidiary of IAC Group (Tinder, Meetic, Vimeo…). He specialised in gamification and user engagement techniques and founded ØPP, a startup studio that provides operational skills to entrepreneurs. He’s also teacher for Solvay Business School, HEC Liège and IHECS.
